Chiara is an infectious ball of energy, she moved from her hometown in Italy and has taught all over London ever since!
What got you interested in fitness in the first place?
I've always been into fitness. I started dancing at 3 years old and I've always done a lot of sport. I've tried everything. I’ve always been an hyper active person, keeping active keeps me happy! I would say my 'temper' got me into sport!
Who inspires you?
Strong women. I love women that don't give up and fight for their goals. It may sound like a bit of a cliché but it's the truth. Lately I started being inspired by myself. At the end of the day I look at myself in the mirror and I compliment myself for being strong and determined.
Why did you choose to teach at PBB?
I love being surrounded by people that believe in the same lifestyle as me. Taking care of your body and your mind is the best thing you can do for yourself - you could say that fitness chose me!
Where did you study fitness and health?
My career started as a dancer for the Royal Academy at 3 years old. Since then I never stopped doing what I do. I've been introduced to Yoga during my teenage years by my mother. I then discovered Pilates and fell in love with it. I started training with aerial silks a few years ago. I wouldn't say that I "studied fitness", I have always been in to it.
How do you stay motivated?
I just look at myself in the mirror and I am satisfied with what I see. A strong, happy and healthy woman that loves what she does, do I need anything else?
