PBB Signature

The signature PBB Class – it’s dynamic, fun, and high energy (yet low impact). This is an upbeat sequence which flows, yielding incredible results.

Drawing on elements from both Pilates, barre conditioning and yoga to give you incredible results. The PBB Signature gets into the deeper stabilising muscles, as well as the peripheral (mover)muscles, working them to exhaustion giving you a tight, chiselled body. After just three or four sessions, you can expect lean limbs, amazing posture and a very strong core.

PBB Burn

Similar to the Signature class, but stepping it up a notch. This class is based on core PBB principles, with a big on focus cardio - upping your heart-rate and feeling the burn! Incorporating elements of functional training and body weight work. Ideal for those looking to accelerate their workout. This class is fast paced and brings in elements of a HIIT class. PBB Burn will work into every muscle whilst burning up to 650 plus calories.

PBB Burn:45

A 45 minute express class which is a faced paced, all over body Barre workout designed to sculpt, tone and burn calories. This class is high energy, high intensity with elements of HIIT, it will up your heart-rate and make you feel the burn.  Expect to activate your deeper stabilising muscles, as well as the peripheral muscles, working them to exhaustion to give you a tight, chiselled body whilst burning tons of calories. PBB Cardio Barre

Fast paced, high intensity and high energy! This class fuses elements of HIIT conditioning and functional training. Alongside ballet inspired movements using both the barre and small equipment to intensify your workout. Expect this to be a fat burning, cardiovascular, muscle toning workout that will work you to the maximum.

PBB Dynamic Pilates Barre

Stepping up the traditional Pilates repertoire with an increase of speed and reps on the movements this class ups the ante event further by adding various pieces of small equipment to increase the workload on muscles. Drawing on elements of a PBB Signature class at the same time, this class gives you a low impact high intensity workout working you to the core. Expect to improve your posture, realign your body, a strong core and amazing lean long muscles.

Paola's BabyBarre

A specifically designed fusion of pilates and yoga for pre and post natal women to ensure safe and comfortable training for you both pre and post birth. The class will help to build strength, suppleness and keep your core muscles strong whilst paying particular attention to pelvic floor and lower back muscles. The class will also help to alleviate any negative side effects of the pregnancy such as lower back pain, sciatica, pubis symphysis, swollen extremities and weakened pelvic floor muscles.

PBB Hot Barre

Derived from Paola’s Signature method it draws elements from both Pilates and ballet barre conditioning, this class incorporates standing and floor barre sequences that flow from one movement to the next. Expect deep stretching and core conditioning. Don’t be fooled by the word ‘Hot’ we keep the temperature to 28 degrees to allow for the continuous flow of the class whilst maintaining high energy but at a slower pace. There are many benefits of this class (apart from burning some serious calories!), the heated environment increases your heart rate and metabolism which helps to perfect your muscle tone and to move deeper and further in all directions, improving your flexibility. You will come out of the class feeling energised and revitalised.

Boxerina®

Boxerina® is a fusion of Paola’s BodyBarre Method and boxing. This class works your entire body whilst improving your agility, coordination, core strength, endurance and power. It will see you go from shadow boxing, kick-boxing to passé into a deep plié! A unique fusion yielding incredible results.

An interval based class that combines full-body strength training and high intensity cardio bursts to tone your body and improve your endurance. Combined with traditional circuit training it will ensure you efficiently strengthen and condition every muscle in the body.

PBB Sculpt

A killer lower body burner that has you feeling the burn days later. Working on all the parts women love to target – legs, bums and tums. Incorporating cardio and conditioning to get your heart rate up and ensure you burn calories fast.

PBB Tone it Up

If fitness mixed with dance is for you, then this class has your name on it. It’s an upbeat, high energy, high intensity class which incorporates dance sequences to get your heart rate up and your sweat on. Expect to burn a ton of calories whilst having an enormous amount of fun.

TRX HIIT

A fast, fierce and invigorating combination of TRX, kettlebells, bodyweight exercises and high-intensity drills to shock your body into your best shape ever. Train smart and effectively by learning to connect with your core during every movement, so you feel as safe as you do challenged and inspired. An ideal strengthening and fat-burning complement to PBB's body-sculpting floor and barre classes.

TRX Core

A challenging strength-based TRX circuits session with an emphasis on improving strength and cardiovascular fitness through low impact movement. You'll divide your time between the TRX and the floor as you strengthen your full body, emphasising the core, glutes and mobility for truly functional fitness. Quick transitions between exercises means your heart will get stronger too, without the need for high-intensity plyometrics.

Circuit Conditioning

Expect exactly that, a bootcamp circuit class. Old school is the new school, this 45 minute circuit based Metabolic Conditioning class increases your body’s fat-burning capacity during and after the workout. The class maximises the efficiency of your energy systems to help you create a strong, lean body.

Yin Yoga

A slow, nourishing, restorative style of yoga where poses are held for 2-10 minutes. The deep stretched will work deep into connective tissue. This is the Yin to the Yang. A perfect way to release post PBB!
