Toby moved to London after completing his University degree in Geography and quickly realised an office job wasn't for him. He quickly qualified as a Personal Trainer and hasn't looked back since.
What got you interested in fitness in the first place?
After graduating I came straight to London and fell into an office job and very soon realised that was not the environment for me. I knew I wanted a job that would enable me to be active on a day-to-day basis and I have always been a big sports fan so I decided to qualify as a Personal Trainer.
Who inspires you?
My family and close friends. I love watching people do what they love, which also pushed me to ditch the corporate world.
Why did you choose to teach fitness?
It has alway been part of my life and its my passion to share it with others. While I was at university I was on the rowing team, so I’m used to early mornings and tiring sessions. This training made the transition into personal training easier.
Where did you study fitness and health?
I trained with Premier Training International in London.
How do you stay motivated?
Make a plan and stick to it, once I start something I have to finish it!
