Abi trained professionally as a dancer at the Laban Conservatoire of Contemporary Dance when she was 18. Since then, she has travelled the world as a dancer in various productions shows, going from a dancer and singer in the cast to heading up the team as production manager and dance captain. The dance industry is a fierce one, and the most important lesson Abi has taken from it is that you should never become complacent.. always strive to improve, be versatile, don’t be a diva! 

Delving into the world of fitness seemed like a natural career progression, and something that could benefit others, so Abi began by becoming qualified as a personal trainer; from here she found Paola’s BodyBarre on recommendation from another dancer - the intertwining of ballet technique and fitness resonated with her background.
Abi has now worked with PBB for the last year and within that time has taken her 200hr training in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga - yoga has always run alongside Abi’s professional dance career - starting off by alleviating injuries between contracts, to becoming completely necessary to balance the craziness of London life!
