Natalie is a highly qualified and experienced fitness professional; she has been a Pilates instructor for 7 years and a personal trainer for 9 years. She started her career working as a dancer and youth dance teacher she eventually found herself working at one of the UK’s top Health Farms Champneys.
What got you interested in fitness in the first place?
I started working as a dancer and a youth dance teacher I eventually found myself working at one of the UK’s top Health Farms Champneys, whilst working there I qualified as a mat based instructor under Alan Herdman.
Who inspires you?
I'm inspired by people who help me to continue to learn, professionals in their fields, such as Alan Herdman, but also other instructors I have had the pleasure to work with. Many clients tend to start pilates due to injuries because of this I'm really grateful for my physio friends who have inspired to take more of a rehab approach to my classes.

Where did you study fitness and health?
I studied Dance at the University of Surrey which included a fitness and anatomy component to the course. I completed my fitness instructor and Personal training through YMCA whilst living in Surrey. Having been in the fitness industry for 10 years I completed numerous courses and still continue to learn.
How do you stay motivated?
Joining in on classes myself and keeping up to date with research and science behind the fitness industry.. Ideas and rules in the fitness industry are always changing!
