Health and Wellness mad, Rebecca will add a new dimension to your fitness regime, focusing on alignment, core and a fluid movement to increase mobility, strength and stability. Having trained as a classical dancer from a young age, Rebecca has always enjoyed movement, the technique aspect of it and combining this with amazing music.
Rebecca is passionate about sharing her love for Barre and wellness. Rebecca is also a Yoga teacher and constantly reminds you of the importance of mindful movement, breath and connecting to the correct muscles as we move.
