PBB Signature


 

The signature PBB Class – it’s dynamic, fun, and high energy (yet low impact). This is an upbeat sequence which flows, yielding incredible results.  Drawing various elements from Pilates, yoga and ballet barre conditioning, our Signature class targets the deeper stabilising muscles, as well as the peripheral (global) muscles, working them to the limit, giving you a strong, chiselled body. After just three or four sessions, you can expect long, lean muscles, amazing posture and an incredibly strong core.

PBB Burn

Burn is a Signature - and then some! It's dynamic, fun and super high energy; working you to the core! With an incredibly upbeat sequence, you will be challenged from the minute you enter the studio, to the minute you leave. Expect to get your sweat on with elements of HIIT interlaced throughout the session! It’s a sweaty workout with a cardio blast to boot! Are you ready to feel the PBB burn?

PBB Burn:45

A Burn class within just 45 minutes - fast paced and super efficient calorie burning, this class is very high energy and high intensity, getting that heart rate ramped up quick so you can get a sweaty blast on your lunch break, or whenever you’ve got a brief 45 minutes to spare!

PBB Adult Ballet

A beginner’s adult classical Ballet class. This class is designed to take you back to the fundamentals of ballet technique, focusing on correct form and posture to help you achieve a strong, lean ballerina body in a fun, experimental way. Whether you’ve done Ballet before or whether you’re just lacing up your Ballet shoes for the first time, this class is for everybody and you will leave feeling a few inches taller!

PBB Dynamic Pilates Barre

PBB Dynamic Pilates Barre is no ordinary pilates session. Think more speed, more reps and a hell of a lot more sweat. The class draws on elements of the PBB Signature class - with ample core and posture work - but with the use of more equipment to really get those muscles loaded and lean. Look no further for a low impact, high intensity workout with guaranteed burn.

PBB Cardio Barre

Fast paced, high intensity and high energy! This class fuses elements of HIIT conditioning and functional training. Alongside ballet inspired movements, you will be using both the barre and small equipment to intensify your workout and maximise results. Expect this to be a fat burning, cardiovascular, muscle toning workout that will push past your limits.

PBB BabyBarre

A specifically designed fusion of Pilates and yoga for pre and post natal women to ensure safe and comfortable training for you. The class will help to build strength, suppleness and keep your core muscles strong whilst paying particular attention to pelvic floor and lower back muscles. The class will also help to alleviate any negative side effects of the pregnancy such as lower back pain, sciatica, pubis symphysis, swollen extremities and weakened pelvic floor muscles. Suitable for pre and post birth.

PBB HIIT & Tone

A full body high intensity class designed to strengthen, tone and improve your cardiovascular fitness. This class commences with a conditioning section, progressing to a challenging circuit and culminating in a final 'fierce blast' to finish your workout.

PBB Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a very high energy form of yoga that flows through a series of postures designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Each class is different as each teacher will have their own distinctive sequence. The class is varied, fun, and dynamic to keep you challenged and on your toes! Expect to be given opportunities that take you out of your comfort zone.

PBB Sculpt

This is a full body, low impact workout suitable for all fitness levels. Consisting of everything you would normally do in a PBB signature class, the only difference is that you will be on the mat throughout the entirety of the class. We will take your balance, technique and posture to the next level, whilst sculpting the body throughout your workout through the use of weights and resistance bands; working your muscles to fatigue.

PBB TRX BARRE

A challenging strength-based TRX circuits session with an emphasis on improving strength, mobility and cardiovascular fitness. You'll divide your time between the TRX and the floor as you strengthen your full body, with emphasis on the core, glutes and overall mobility for truly functional fitness. Quick transitions between exercises means your heart will get stronger too, without the need for high-intensity plyometrics.

PBB HIIT THE PEACH

Our exciting new HIIT THE PEACH class has been created by NYC Trainer Oliver Lee to lift and shape your hottest asset. Fire up your glutes, build strength and get super definition. Waist tightening exercises are also integrated to help further accentuate your new rearview.
