Living and breathing movement on a daily basis has given me a passion and discipline to always make sure that Im involved in something fitness/sport related.

Who inspires you?

Individuals from all walks of life that achieve their own milestones in sport and fitness- whether it be an Olympic Athlete or one of my post-natal clients that are determined to get their core and fitness levels back to what they used to be prior to having children.

Why did you choose to teach at PBB?

I love the can do attitude of the clientele at PBB. Paola has created an environment where there is a great positive energy and community vibe and its a joy to teach at PBB. I also love the PBB Method and variety of PBB classes- all of the instructors have our own strengths and we are allowed to have our individuality come through which is great as it constantly gives the clients new challenges.

Where did you study fitness and health?

I trained with the American Council of Exercise in New York and acquired a Personal Trainer Certification in 2003. I've studied the Stott Pilates Method in Advanced Mat Pilates. I continually updates my certification by attending workshops and short courses. Im also qualified as a YMCA TRX Instructor, Pre-Post Natal exercise and Outdoor Fitness Bootcamps.

How do you stay motivated?

I love setting annual goals such a triathlons, marathons and treks to keep myself motivated and to have something to strive for to keep my training on track. On a daily basis my motivation is that fitness is my natural drug of choice- followed closely by coffee! The natural endorphins and feel good factor I get from being active help me stay motivated to commit daily to some form of exercise.

Which classes do you teach at PBB?

I teach Barre, Dynamic Pilates, Hit n Tone and TRX classes
