Paola's passion for health and fitness began three decades ago in Australia, and led her to study at the Pilates Institute. Fifteen years ago, she revolutionised the fitness industry in London by developing her unique PBB Method before the fitness explosion. Paola wanted to create an edge and fun to the traditional ways of teaching Barre, Pilates and Yoga. She is a true trailblazer with her fusions and style, leading many in the industry to flock to her for inspiration when she first came onto the London fitness scene.

PBB SIGNATURE
PBB Signature defines the Paola's BodyBarre method (PBB)- created by founder Paola Di Lanzo.
It's dynamic, empowering, and intelligently designed using small Pilates apparatus and resistance (thera) bands. PBB Signature is a low-impact, yet high-energy workout, that seamlessly blends Pilates, ballet barre conditioning, and yoga flow for the ultimate full-body sculpt. Expect to flow barre to mat to keep you on your "toes."
You’ll move through a thoughtfully curated sequence that activates deep stabilising muscles while challenging the larger, global movers - creating long, lean lines, better posture, and a seriously strong core. The flow keeps you moving with purpose, intensity, and just the right amount of burn.
Expect results you can feel after just a few sessions - strength, tone, and confidence from the inside out.

PBB Burn & Sculpt
Mat-based, prop-powered, and seriously effective - PBB Burn & Sculpt delivers a full-body workout that fuses floor barre, contemporary Pilates, yoga, sculpting, and cardio intervals into one dynamic experience.
This barre-less class moves through flowing sequences on the mat, designed to challenge balance, refine posture, and elevate technique, all while staying grounded on the mat. We dial up the intensity using heavier hand weights, thigh bands, ankle weights, and bursts of plyometric cardiovascular bursts to keep your heart rate high.
Expect sweat, strength, and serious sculpting - all with that signature PBB mind-body focus.
Intermediate to advanced level. (Not recommended during pregnancy or postpartum recovery).

PBB BABYBARRE
Experience the ultimate care and comfort for you and your baby with PBB BabyBarre. Our class is designed by Paola, a mother of three, who understands the strains of pregnancy and motherhood. Combining Pilates, yoga, and specially designed exercises, our pre and postnatal experts will guide you through safe yet effective workouts. Build strength, alignment, pelvic floor training, and stability, and alleviate pregnancy-related discomforts in a nurturing, caring, and community-driven environment.
You can even bring your pre-toddler infants, as we provide an extra pair of hands to cuddle them while you focus on your class. Join us for a luxurious Pre and Postnatal class, tailored to your needs.
This class is for Pre and postnatal women only. Babies are welcome (pre-toddler only).

PBB Dynamic Pilates Sculpt
This is a traditional mat Pilates class with a unique twist. During this hour-long flowing sequence, we emphasise alignment and core strength while using minimal equipment and relying heavily on bodyweight.This class is ideal for Pilates aficionados, individuals seeking to return to fundamentals, or beginners interested in working towards the PBB Method barre classes. You will have the opportunity to gain knowledge about technique, form and perfecting movements.
*Please note that barre socks are mandatory.

PBB SCULPT & Align
Stretch, strengthen, and sculpt in this intelligent fusion of yoga, Pilates, and traditional ballet-inspired floor barre. PBB Sculpt & Align is designed to realign your posture, activate deep stabilising muscles, and leave you feeling strong, balanced, and beautifully sculpted.
Expect flowing sequences on the mat combined with focused strength work -especially in our dynamic Pilates section, where we ramp up the reps, resistance, and tempo. Single-leg stability challenges, core control, and that signature PBB Booty Lift using ankle weights for added intensity. It’s low-impact, but don’t be fooled - this class brings the burn.
Perfect for those wanting to move with intention while still feeling the fire.

PBB PEACH
Indulge in the ultimate tone and shimmy experience with the PBB Peach class! Our high-intensity workout will have you sweating to the rhythm of the music while your "peach" takes center stage. Expect an exhilarating journey that's both challenging and fun, as our pre-eminent instructors guide you through every move. Utilizing innovative props, such as thigh bands, light weights, steps, and gliders, this class provides an extra level of challenge that targets the lower half of your body. PBB Peach is the perfect class for those seeking to elevate their workout routine with a lifted derriere that's unmatched.
This class is suitable for all levels.

PBB Level Up
This class is designed to take the PBB Method class up a notch! With heavier weights and progressive overload you will strengthen and condition your entire body. Staying true to the PBB Method you will still stretch and flow your way through your "rest periods".
This class is suitable for intermediate to advanced.

Power Vinyasa
An invigorating and transformative class that combines the flow and dynamism
of Vinyasa with the strength-building intensity of a power-based practice. This class is designed to challenge both your body and mind, allowing you to tap into your inner strength and find balance between effort and ease.
This class is suitable for all levels.
