Paola's passion for health and fitness began three decades ago in Australia, and led her to study at the Pilates Institute. Fifteen years ago, she revolutionised the fitness industry in London by developing her unique PBB Method before the fitness explosion. Paola wanted to create an edge and fun to the traditional ways of teaching Barre, Pilates and Yoga. She is a true trailblazer with her fusions and style, leading many in the industry to flock to her for inspiration when she first came onto the London fitness scene.

PBB SIGNATURE

PBB Burn & Sculpt
Looking for a workout that targets your entire body and incorporates toning exercises? This class is similar to the traditional PBB Burn class, but with the added challenge of being done entirely on a mat with ankle weights.
We'll work on improving your balance, technique, and posture and incorporate Pilates balls and resistance thigh bands for muscle sculpting. We'll also add some cardio segments that can be done at high or low intensity to help with cardiovascular conditioning. You'll leave feeling challenged and energized.
This class is suitable for all levels. Not suitable for pre and postnatal.
PBB BABYBARRE
Experience the ultimate care and comfort for you and your baby with PBB BabyBarre. Our class is designed by Paola, a mother of three, who understands the strains of pregnancy and motherhood. Combining Pilates, yoga, and specially designed exercises, our pre and postnatal experts will guide you through safe yet effective workouts. Build strength, alignment, pelvic floor training, and stability, and alleviate pregnancy-related discomforts in a nurturing, caring, and community-driven environment.
You can even bring your pre-toddler infants, as we provide an extra pair of hands to cuddle them while you focus on your class. Join us for a luxurious Pre and Postnatal class, tailored to your needs.
This class is for Pre and postnatal women only. Babies are welcome (pre-toddler only).
PBB Dynamic Pilates Sculpt
This is a traditional mat Pilates class with a unique twist. During this hour-long flowing sequence, we emphasise alignment and core strength while using minimal equipment and relying heavily on bodyweight.This class is ideal for Pilates aficionados, individuals seeking to return to fundamentals, or beginners interested in working towards the PBB Method barre classes. You will have the opportunity to gain knowledge about technique, form and perfecting movements.
*Please note that barre socks are mandatory.

PBB SCULPT & Align
This is a full body, low impact workout suitable for all fitness levels. Consisting of everything you would normally do in a PBB signature class, the only difference is that you will be on the mat throughout the entirety of the class.
We will take your balance, technique and posture to the next level, whilst sculpting the body throughout your workout through the use of weights and resistance bands; working your muscles to fatigue.
*Please note, we use ankle weights in this class.

PBB PEACH
Indulge in the ultimate tone and shimmy experience with the PBB Peach class! Our high-intensity workout will have you sweating to the rhythm of the music while your "peach" takes center stage. Expect an exhilarating journey that's both challenging and fun, as our pre-eminent instructors guide you through every move. Utilizing innovative props, such as thigh bands, light weights, steps, and gliders, this class provides an extra level of challenge that targets the lower half of your body. PBB Peach is the perfect class for those seeking to elevate their workout routine with a lifted derriere that's unmatched.

PBB Level Up
This class is designed to take the PBB Method class up a notch! With heavier weights and progressive overload you will strengthen and condition your entire body. Staying true to the PBB Method you will still stretch and flow your way through your "rest periods".
This class is suitable for intermediate to advanced.
Power Vinyasa
An invigorating and transformative class that combines the flow and dynamism
of Vinyasa with the strength-building intensity of a power-based practice. This class is designed to challenge both your body and mind, allowing you to tap into your inner strength and find balance between effort and ease.
