The art of lymphatic ritual
Join us for an exclusive wellness experience combining the power of movement, lymphatic self-massage and body care, in collaboration with IRĂ„YE and lymphatic specialist Carli.
We’ll begin with a signature PBB class to activate and strengthen the core, followed by a guided lymphatic drainage ritual focused on the belly.
Led by Carli, you'll discover how to use your own hands to support lymphatic flow, encourage circulation and ease feelings of heaviness, puffiness and bloating. You'll learn simple, effective techniques that can become part of your everyday wellness routine.
We'll finish the experience with IRĂ„YE's Body Sculpting Cream, applied as part of your belly massage ritual. Every guest will also receive their own cream to take home.
